Return:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@oliviaandharper.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Wrong Product:
If you find your order is incorrect, please contact us at info@oliviaandharper.com with photos of the wrong product. We will provide a return shipping label. Once the return is tracked, we will immediately send a replacement.
Exchange:
We only exchange products if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, please contact us at info@oliviaandharper.com. We will process the free exchange.
Change of Mind:
Change of mind is not accepted. No return or refund will be processed for this reason. Please note: this includes color, size, and texture preferences.
Cancel the Order:
Orders are usually shipped immediately. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to intervene with the processing department, but cancellation is not guaranteed once the order has shipped.
All refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product. It may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account. Customer satisfaction is very important to us.
