Shipping Destinations

We currently deliver orders to the Netherlands, Australia, and New Zealand only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations outside of these countries at this time.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday)

  • Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days (Monday through Friday)

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+1 – Amsterdam Time)

Orders placed before 5:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders made after this time will be handled the next business day.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery address of your order. The final shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your package is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

If you don’t receive a tracking confirmation immediately, rest assured that your order is still on track and will arrive within the expected delivery window.

Order Modifications

If you need to update your order, please contact us promptly. Note that custom-made or pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged or changed once the order is finalized.

Package Not Received

If your tracking status shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first. Should you still require assistance, email us at info@oliviaandharper.com.

Order Tracking

Use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to follow your order’s progress.

If you don’t receive your tracking number within 4 business days, please get in touch at info@oliviaandharper.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

Taxes and Import Duties

Most customers will not incur additional customs fees, VAT, or import taxes. However, in some countries (e.g., Germany, Italy, UK, Canada), these charges may apply according to local laws.
