Our order process consists of two parts:

Processing Time: Once we accept the order, the quality is checked and the package is packed. All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving them.

Delivery Time: Delivery time refers to the time it takes for the goods to reach the destination. Typically, this takes between 5 to 12 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Due to the ongoing pandemic, delays may occur, and we follow new protocols and procedures for couriers and airport customs. There may be occasional delays, especially during holiday periods, due to high order demand.
Free Shipping Always
We cover the shipping costs for every order. All our products are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
Shipping Costs & Returns
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, and costs incurred in the country where the products are being shipped, including but not limited to sales or use taxes, VAT, or customs fees.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for returning any items to our warehouse. Please note that you must fill out the return form below and send it to info.olivaandharper@gmail.com before sending the goods back. Otherwise, the company is not responsible for any loss or damage during the return process.
Track Your Order
After placing an order, you can track it with the provided tracking number.
Rejected Packages, No-Home Situations, and Uncollected Packages
If a customer rejects the package at the door and/or is not home for any delivery attempts or does not pick up the package in time from the collection point after being notified multiple times via email, we will charge a restocking fee of up to 50% of the purchase price. This covers the costs of logistics and returning the package.
